Paste the brand’s product page and tap Pull — name, color, photos, and the retail price fill themselves. Type the quantity (rows are one-size by default; tap Sized XS–L for sized apparel), then Review & publish.
Works on any Shopify vendor site — most of ours. No URL? Just type into the row below instead.

No active sheet
Upload an invoice or use Manual Entry above. Past sheets live under Archive — tap one to reopen it.
Upload & Extract Invoice
Photograph each page of the vendor invoice and select all pages at once — or upload the invoice PDF itself (Faire → Orders → download the invoice) and every page reads in one pass. Tap Extract All with Claude — the app reads every style code, color, size, quantity, and wholesale cost automatically, and generates a product name for every style.
Product Names
Tap the circular arrow (↻) next to any name for a new AI-generated one, as many times as you like. Or tap the name and type your own. Whatever is in the field at push time goes to Shopify.
Setting Prices
The retail price you enter (or the pull fills in) rides straight through to the card and the Shopify push. Adjust Markup or Retail on any card if needed; wholesale cost is optional and visible only to you.
Push to Shopify
The review screen shows every product before it's sent. Products are immediately live after each push — no draft step, no undo from the app. Every variant gets a barcode (its SKU) so it can be scanned in Quick Fix and printed on hang tags.
Duplicate Warning
If a style already exists in Shopify you must decide: Add Inventory (restock), Push as New (separate listing), or Skip. The app never modifies an existing product without your decision.

Bulk Category Cleanup
Preview changes nothing. It reads every product and proposes a category from the title. Apply writes the Category field only — never titles, SKUs, variants, inventory, or prices. Rows already correct are skipped.
First time? Set the Vendor filter to Miss Behavin' and Apply just the Label line first. Confirm a couple in the admin, then clear the filter and run the rest.

Phrase it as a question or angle. The post opens by answering it directly.
Any brand you carry can be featured, or choose General for a post not tied to a brand. Frozen brands (Rolla’s, Gorjana) are excluded automatically.

Store Utilities
These act on the whole catalog. Each one explains what it found and asks before changing anything — but if you are not sure what a button does, close this screen and ask Brian.
Shopify access
Mints a fresh access token from the app credentials so new permissions take effect immediately. Run this once after any app permission change (like adding sales-channel access). Shows the permission list; the token itself never appears anywhere. Needs worker v41 + the two client-credential secrets in Cloudflare.
Sales channels
Repairs the invisible-product bug only: lists ACTIVE products on ZERO sales channels (broken — not even at POS) with their photo counts, and publishes only the ones you tick. Products already on any channel — including your POS-only, no-photo items — are never touched. Needs worker v39.
Private label
Cotton Candy is our own private label — customers must never see that name. New intakes fix themselves automatically (worker v40); this cleans up EXISTING products: vendor, title, SEO title/description, description, and photo alt text all switch to Miss Behavin'. Scans and shows the list first; prices, inventory, SKUs, and barcodes are untouched. Needs worker v40.
Barcodes
Read-only: counts ACTIVE variants with an empty Barcode field, by brand — your progress tracker for the UPC backfill. Changes nothing. Needs worker v39.
One-size products
Products with only one variant stop showing a size dropdown online. True One Size products fix automatically; products hiding behind a single fake size (a lone "S" — the old Emi Jay intakes) are listed with checkboxes so you confirm each one. No variant is deleted, no inventory moves; prices, SKUs, and barcodes are untouched. Needs worker v38.
Type the brand, tap Generate. It pulls that vendor’s current styles from your own catalog, researches the brand live on the web, and returns every field ready to paste — internal links already embedded in the description. Every run saves itself to the Archive tab.
Researching the brand…0s
Products added by hand in Shopify admin skip LineSheet, so they arrive with no SEO. This lists active products missing an SEO title — tap one, review the generated copy, then Apply. Apply fills ONLY empty fields (SEO title, meta, category) and never touches titles, prices, tags, or anything a person already set. Products intaken through LineSheet never appear here.

Every generate saves here automatically, newest first — a new run never overwrites an old one. Tap one to reopen its full output read-only and copy from it again.
